Rhythm House Events and Films has officially announced the launch of Miss India South Pacific, a new international pageant celebrating women of Indian origin across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.

Australia National Pageant – Melbourne

The Australia National Pageant will take place on Sunday, 29 May at the National Theatre, Melbourne.

The top five winners from this event will go on to represent Australia at the Miss India South Pacific Grand Finale 2027, to be held at Auckland’s iconic SkyCity Theatre.

Finalist Benefits & Prizes

Australian finalists selected for the Grand Finale will receive return flights and three nights’ accommodation in Auckland.

At the international Grand Finale, prizes include:

• $2,500 – Overall Winner
• $1,500 – First Runner-Up
• $1,000 – Second Runner-Up

These awards are in addition to international exposure and title recognition.

Vision & Legacy

Miss India South Pacific is a premium platform focused on professionalism, cultural celebration, and empowerment, setting new benchmarks in pageant staging and event management. The initiative builds on Rhythm House’s legacy as the producer of Miss IndiaNZ, New Zealand’s longest-running Indian pageant since 2002.

Eligibility & Key Dates

Entries are open to women of Indian origin, aged 18 years and over, who are Australian citizens or permanent residents and able to travel to New Zealand in 2027.

Training & Rehearsals: 2–3 May

Final Rehearsal: 30 May

Show Day: 31 May

Details for the Fiji National Pageant will be announced mid-January.
